For the love of Christ compels us…Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new.    2 Corinthians 5:14,17

Jesus Just Wants To be Friends With You!!  John 15:14-15

Then I saw another angel flying in the midst of heaven, having the Everlasting Gospel to preach to those who dwell on the earth—to every nation, tribe, tongue, and people—

  Revelation 14:6, Matthew 24:14

 The Gospel Is Jesus!!

“Knowing and Trusting In God’s Steadfast Love Is The Very Basis Of Salvation”!  How is this true?

“For God so loved”  FirstHe GaveHe Forgave. John 3:16-17, 15:9,17, 17:20-26, 1 John 4:410,Romans 5:6-11, Ephesians 4:32, Colossians 3:12-17, Matthew 6:14-15, 5:43-48, Psalms 94:18, 1John 4:13-21,John 17:2-3,23, Romans 8:32,35-39

The very foundation of Salvation is grounded in the realization that God’s unmerited love toward us is greater than any other power— including death.                                                          Romans 8:35-39, Ephesians 3:14-21

The Heart Of The Gospel

Selfishness is at the very core of sin and in the end will destroy you! It is a virus that has infected all humanity! Romans 3:23,6:23, Matthew 25:41

Selfishness —Self-seeking—-displaced love, liberty, peace and life.                                                Romans 6:12,18-20, 1Corinthians 13:5

The result of self-seeking (Sin) is separation from God, absence of peace and a gross misjudgment of God’s character of Love.  Fear, guilt and separation control the sinner’s life. Romans 5:1-11 Justification means being “set right” or “put right.”

Sinners no longer trust God for their welfare. Fear causes self-seekers to take matters into their own hands—to trust in themselves. Thus the survival of the fittest emerges! 2 Timothy 3:1-5,4:10,Titus 3:3-8,Galatians 2:20

Removing the selfishness from our minds, Jesus will restore in us the living law of love and liberty.  Then we will once again stand as intelligent, self-governed, self-sacrificing friends of God—as the living repositories of His great law of love and liberty.                           John 17:14,15, 2Corinthians 3:18, 5:12-21.

When we “know” God as Jesus revealed Him to be and trust Him, then we have confidence, faith, or trust in Jesus’ ability to “save” (salvage) us! Our assurance or confidence is in our Savior (just like the thief on the Cross) not in a legal payment.        John 17:3

We have the “assurance” of salvation when we “trust” Jesus with our lives, that’s it.  Once we trust Jesus, He, our great Heavenly Physician, will perfectly heal and restore us, thus our assurance is in Jesus, not in ourselves or our future. Salvation is Now!!                    1John 5:11-13, 1 John 3:2, John 17:3

Jesus Is Looking For Friends!!

So it is—At the very heart of the Gospel is Jesus–Just Looking For Friends– Loving us and healing our broken relationship with His Steadfast Love–Love that is everlasting!!

Psalms 94:18    Jeremiah 31:3   Romans 3:26

Jesus Just Wants To Be Your Friend!!

John 15:14-15

Will You Be His Friend?

Revelation 3:20

This is truly the Everlasting Gospel.   Revelation 14:6

Psa 31:14,15,16,  1John 5:11-13,   1 John 3:2,   John 17:3

  2. hi this words have made my day
please help me in knowing what about the new covenant and what Jesus meant its finished on the cross

    • Thanks for your comments!!
You can discover more about the new covenant in Hebrews Chapters 8 and 10
The new Covenant is simply Jesus writing His Law of Love on our hearts! See Romans 2:14-5,Romans 8:3-4,11
It is absolutely wonderful what Jesus wants to do for us if we simply abide in Him. 1John 2:27-28,See also John 15:1-16
The words of Jesus on the cross “It is finished” mean that He has gotten the complete victory for each one of us and that Satan is a defeated foe!! Praise God!! So our part is to abide in Jesus every moment of our lives! John 15:5
Let Jesus come in to your life fully and He will work out the righteous requirement of the law “in us”
